If the adjustment gap is too large, the parking sound will be too loud, and even out of control parking will occur in serious cases.

(2) Adjustment of stop cam and stop rod: the clearance between stop cam and stop rod is 2.4mm when the machine is running or 3~4 stitches from the stop position. If the clearance is greater than 2.4mm, it will cause instability when stopping. If the clearance is less than 2.4mm, it will cause the stop rod and stop cam to collide or fail to start when running. Adjustment method: Use a 2.4mm shim or a 3mm Allen wrench to make a plane positioning, pad it between the stop cam and the stop rod, and then tighten the fixing screw of the needle adjustment crank.

In addition, the clearance between the stop rod and the stop frame is 8.5 mm. If it is greater than or less than 8.5 mm, the parking will be affected and the parking will be unstable. It can be adjusted by the adjusting nut ② of the stop spring.

(3) Adjustment of needle number adjustment cam: when the machine is in the stop state, the gap between the roller sleeve and the cam groove is 0.8mm. The upper axis 9 of the pendulum needle can swing up and down. If there is no movement, it means that the clamping screw of the crank 8 in the pendulum needle fixed on the upper axis 9 of the pendulum needle is loose. We should tighten the clamping screw of the crank 8 in the pendulum needle.

When the machine is in the stop state, loosen the fixing screw a of the needle number adjustment cam, and rotate the cam in its rotation direction for adjustment.
