In order to ensure the successful completion of training and return to work on time, both parties have made the following agreement: < /p >


< p > 1. The company agrees to Party B to study professional, and the duration of study is from January to December.

< p > two, Party B shall go to school and professional school appointed by Party A or designated by Party A.

In case of change, Party A should be notified in advance and approved by Party A. otherwise, it should be regarded as absenteeism.

< p > three, the learning time of Party B is within the working hours and accumulated according to the continuous working age.

< /p >


< p > four, salary during study and training shall be paid according to the original wage method.

Party B shall be treated as a member in the process of revision or amendment of wages.

In accordance with relevant regulations, social insurance is treated as a staff member.

< p > five, when Party B suffers from illness that can not continue to study, he should accept the instructions of Party A, terminate his study and return to the company and deal with it according to the relevant regulations.

< p > six, when Party B is studying, he must give a written report to Party A every other day, and attach records of school achievements.

< p > seven, Party B should consciously abide by the regulations and requirements of the training school.

If a party is punished by the school for violation of discipline, Party A will impose additional punishment as a violation of discipline within the company.

< p > eight, Party B's tuition, book fee, research fee, internship fee, boarding cost, lodging fee, and pportation expenses of the company going to and fro during the training period.

< p > nine, if Party B resigns during training, he shall pay to Party A 2.5 times of all training and study expenses he has undertaken.

< /p >


< p > ten, after the end of training, Party B shall work for Party A for 5 consecutive years.

If a party resigns within a year, it should pay 80% of the training fee to Party A, and if it resigns within two years, it should pay 60% of the training fee to Party A, and if it resigns within three years, it should pay 40% of the training fee to Party A, and if it resigns in four years, it should pay 20% of the training cost to Party A, and the training fee will be exempted after five years.

< p > eleven, during the training period, Party A will provide Party B with RMB yuan per month.

In the course of training and study, Party B accepts the investigation or arrangement arranged by Party A, and the travel expenses are paid according to the staff travel rules.

< p > thirteen, Party B shall find third party as guarantor.

If Party B fails to go back to school or study in an amateur activity beyond the scope of study or unauthorized changes in training orientation and content, the guarantor of Party B shall bear all training and learning costs of Party B.

If Party B is involved in legal liability, the employee should be conceited and has nothing to do with the company.
